01. Overview & Acceptance
This website is operated by UFFFWEAR. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to UFFFWEAR. By visiting our site and/or purchasing garments from our storefront, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
02. Product Accuracy & Streetwear Silhouettes
We make every effort to display garment colors, washes, textures, and drop-shoulder dimensions as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor color calibration and unique mineral acid-wash processing, minor tonal variations may occur and represent the bespoke nature of raw streetwear manufacturing.
03. Pricing & Payment Authorization
All prices listed on the storefront are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue garments without prior notice. Online transactions are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay, compliant with PCI-DSS Tier 1 protocols.
04. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All brand trademarks, logos, typography, bespoke garment graphics (including the UFFF flame mark and drop artwork), photography, and digital code are the exclusive intellectual property of UFFFWEAR. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or commercial reselling is strictly prohibited.
05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements whereby we provide you garments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad / Andhra Pradesh.
