01. Domestic Shipping & Coverage
UFFFWEAR ships directly to all serviceable pin codes across India. All orders are packed in reinforced, weather-sealed tamper-evident streetwear packaging to protect heavyweight fabrics, screen prints, and garment hardware during transit.

03. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed and dispatched from our primary warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Tier 1 Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Regional Centers: 4 to 7 business days.
- Northeast & Remote Regional Hubs: 6 to 9 business days.
04. Order Tracking & Real-Time Updates
Once your garment is handed over to our verified courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or Xpressbees), an automated dispatch notification with your unique Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number will be delivered to your registered email and SMS. You can also monitor your live consignment journey at any time in your Account Orders dashboard.
05. Cash on Delivery (COD) Invariants
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders up to ₹5,000. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery as courier field personnel do not carry change. Digital UPI collection on delivery is also accepted by courier riders in most metro locations.
